Solution
Logistics and Warehouse
We propose ways to use RFID to help streamline work in logistics warehouses. It can address a variety of on-site issues, such as automatic sorting on conveyors, automatic running of AGVs (automated guided vehicles) that read IC tags (location information), and streamlining of incoming and outgoing inspections.
An RFID antenna mounted on the side or above the conveyor line reads the IC tags of the items being transported (such as trays and containers), and works in tandem with a PLC to manage their routing.
Implementing RFID technology can significantly reduce the time required for picking tasks and enhance efficiency, while also minimizing the risk of human error.
RFID enables the rapid reading of information from a large number of items during incoming and outgoing shipments, preventing errors and omissions in reading, thus streamlining the inspection process.
