Manufacturing

We have a wealth of experience in implementing RFID in manufacturing factories. We propose the introduction of RFID for systems that automatically record work results by matching work instructions (IC tags) with employee ID cards, for location management of on-site freight cars, and for efficient management of pipes, tools, molds, semiconductor wafer carriers, etc.

Work performance collection:
By simply holding up the work instructions (IC tag) and employee ID card (IC card) at each process, work performance (who, when, what) is automatically recorded.

Work instructions:
By placing the work instructions with an IC tag on the antenna, the instructions and work method can be displayed on the screen.

Process management:
By simply holding up the work instructions (IC tag) and employee ID card (IC card) at each process, progress can be managed in real-time and the work process can be visualized.

Location management of on-site freight cars:
Highly accurate location and track detection of on-site freight cars. It is possible to identify adjacent tracks, which are difficult to identify with GPS.

Pipe management:
By attaching IC tags to joints, inspection work results and construction information can be accurately recorded and stored, making management work more efficient.

Tool management:
In various fields such as aviation, railways, and factories, tool take-out and return management is performed accurately and quickly, preventing tools from being left behind or lost.

Mold management:
The location of molds, number of shots, maintenance history, etc. is grasped in real time, enabling smooth inventory and maintenance management.

Semiconductor wafer carrier:
Tags are attached to semiconductor wafer transport and storage containers (FOUPs) and used for process progress management and traceability management on a container-by-container basis.
